Working for Cornwall, MWJV provides professional building services to Cornwall Council, managing the delivery of key construction projects.
MWJV was set up in 2019 by two industry-leading companies: Mace and Ward Williams Associates.
The company delivers project management, quantity surveying and building surveying services, alongside impressive design and engineering delivery partners.
We have a tried and tested team in place in Cornwall to deliver the built and natural environment programmes to help shape the future of the region, supporting the economic growth ambitions whilst protecting the natural environment and helping align with Cornwall’s 2030 Net Zero Carbon ambitions.
We are delighted to have been selected to work in partnership with Cornwall Council on the Built Environment Professional Services (BEPS) Framework.
This framework has been structured to make project delivery simple, timely and cost-effective, and aligned with the Construction Playbook.
MWJV has carefully selected an extensive team of like-minded design professionals, most of which are SMEs, with a shared passion for Cornwall and an aspiration to create quality homes and jobs for residents.
Through comprehensive Employment and Skills plans, we have committed to providing work placements, apprenticeships and training opportunities and are continuing to promote construction as a career, in all its guises, through workshops, fairs and school assemblies.
