We are thrilled to report that over the past four years we have been supporting using the expertise of local people and businesses across the county.

We are proud to announce that we facilitated £15 million worth of work in Cornish schools in 2022 on behalf of Cornwall Council.

The council-funded rewilding programme, turning green desert spaces into a biodiverse haven for plants and animals, nears completion.

We have had the fantastic opportunity to support the construction of Spaceport Cornwall and help play a part in bringing space launches to UK soil for the first ever time.

We are proud to be helping the next generation of construction professionals, and we look forward to seeing the impact they will have on the built and natural environment in Cornwall and beyond.

We recently published our annual report for year three of our involvement on Cornwall Council’s BEPS Framework: 2021/2022

This DFE funded programme, which commenced in 2019, is delivering new schools and school expansions across Cornwall to provide much-needed additional pupil places.

Delivery of the programme to transform the Council’s operating estate to meet the aspirations of the corporate Working Differently programme.

MWJV were commissioned in 2021 and have taken over the delivery management of the projects.
